Getting Started
Your guide to joining the Land-Grant Euchre League
Before you can check in for events, you will need to create an account. This only takes a minute.
Visit the Sign Up page
Click "Join the League" on the homepage or navigate to the sign up page directly.
Enter your email and create a password
Use an email you check regularly - we will send you a confirmation link.
Check your email and click the confirmation link
Look for an email from the Euchre League. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.
Set your display name
Choose a name that others will see on leaderboards and at tables. This can be your real name or a fun nickname.
Once your account is confirmed, you can log in at any time to check in for events, view your stats, or manage your team.
Click "Login" on the homepage
Or navigate directly to the login page.
Enter your email and password
Use the same credentials you created during sign up.
You are in!
You will be taken to the homepage where you can check in for upcoming events.
Tip: Save Your Login
Bookmark the login page on your phone for quick access at the brewery. You can also add the app to your home screen for even faster access.
When you create your account during an active season, a team is automatically created for you. Here is what that means:
- *You are the captain
As captain, you can rename your team and invite a partner to join.
- *Default team name
Your team starts with a name like "Team [YourName]" - feel free to change it to something more creative!
- *Ready to play solo
Even without a partner, you can check in and play. You will be paired with another solo player or sub in where needed.
Why Teams?
The Land-Grant Euchre League is team-based. Each team has 2 players (partners) who play together throughout the season. Your stats and standings are tracked as a team, not individually.
Want something more memorable than "Team John"? Here is how to customize your team name:
Go to "My Team" page
Click on your profile icon in the header, then select "My Team" from the menu.
Find the Team Management section
Scroll down to see the team management options.
Enter your new team name
Type in your desired team name and click "Update Name". Team names must be unique within the league.
Popular Team Name Ideas
Some teams go with puns (like "Euchre? I Hardly Know Her!"), brewery references, or inside jokes. Keep it fun and family-friendly!
Euchre is a partnership game, so having a regular partner makes the experience even better. Here is how to add someone to your team:
Have your partner create an account first
They will need their own account to be added to your team. Share the sign-up link with them.
Go to your Team Management page
Navigate to "My Team" from your profile menu.
Search for your partner
In the "Add Team Member" section, search for your partner by their display name or email.
Click "Add to Team"
Once added, they will appear in your team roster and can check in for events on behalf of your team.
Important: One Team Per Season
Each player can only be on one team per season. If your partner is already on another team, they will need to leave that team first before joining yours.
