Name Ideas
Popular names include euchre puns, brewery references, inside jokes between partners, or creative wordplay. Some teams change their name each season!
Euchre is best with a regular partner! Here is how to add someone to your team:
Have them create an account
Your partner needs their own account first. Send them to the sign-up page or share the QR code at the brewery.
Go to Team Management
Navigate to My Team and find the "Add Team Member" section.
Search for your partner
Start typing their display name or email. Select them from the dropdown when they appear.
Click Add to Team
Once added, they will appear in your team roster and can check in on behalf of the team.
Multiple Teams Are Supported
Players can be on multiple teams in the same season. However, each team has its own check-in, table assignment, and standings. If your partner is on another team, they can still join yours as well!
What If They Do Not Have an Account?
You can still play! When creating a team at check-in, you can enter your partner's name and email. They will receive an invite to create an account and join your team.
Need to remove someone from your team? Only the team captain can remove members. If you are not the captain and need to leave, see the "Leaving a Team" section below.
Go to Team Management (Captain only)
Navigate to My Team. As captain, you will see management options next to each member.
Find the member to remove
In the team roster, locate the person you want to remove.
Click Remove
Confirm the removal when prompted. They will be removed immediately and can join another team.
What About Past Games?
Removing a member does not affect past game history. Games they played count toward your team's season record.
If you need to leave your current team (to join another, take a break, etc.), here is how to do it:
Go to My Team
Navigate to your team page from the profile menu.
Find "Leave Team" option
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the leave team section. This option is only available to non-captains.
Confirm and leave
Click "Leave Team" and confirm when prompted. You can now join or create a new team.
Captains Cannot Leave
If you are the team captain, you cannot leave directly. You must either transfer captainship to another member first, or contact an admin for help.
Your regular partner cannot make it this week? No problem! Here are your options:
Add a Sub to Your Team
The best option for maintaining your team's status! Add a friend as a substitute on your Team page. If your team plays with a sub, you keep your returning team priority for the following week. Games still count toward your team's record.
Option 2: Play Solo
Check in as usual. You will be paired with another solo player or assigned a sub for the night. The games still count toward your team's record.
Option 3: Skip the Week
Simply do not check in. Your team and stats remain intact. You will just lose returning team priority for the next week.
Option 4: Sub for Another Team
Join another team as a sub! If you want to play but your team is not available, other teams may need a fill-in.
Solo Player Network
The league often has solo players looking for partners. Check the venue when you arrive - there may be someone perfect to team up with!
Each team member has a role that determines what they can do:
All Roles Can Check In
Any team member (captain, partner, or sub) can check in the team for an event. The captain does not have to be the one to check in!
